The stone blocks weighing from 5 to 40 kilos each, are cut down with diamond-edged circular saws.

The Official Name Of The Product Is Sharpening Stone but it is also known as water stone or a whetstone. It is a natural , non metallic mineral constituted of 96-99% Silicon Dioxide that it is found in micro-crystal form in the Mountains Of Elouda. It is only found there under layers of sediment material made from the ancient remains of marine life. Under parallel layers of the water stone that is usually completely white or light grey in colour, we excavate and then treat the known abrasive material, the whetstone.
